We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote regions) to ensure your gaming essentials reach your realm promptly. Here’s how we handle your order:

  • Order Processing Time: Once you place an order, our team of wizards processes it within 1-2 business days. We verify each item to ensure it meets our high standards before dispatch.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for delivery. Cost: $12.95. Your package will arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we use EMS. Your package will arrive within 15-25 business days after shipment.
  • Tracking: All shipments include tracking information. You’ll receive an email with details once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges: The Path to Satisfaction

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most new, unopened items within 15 days of you receiving your delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Note on Special Items: To preserve the integrity of our collection for fellow collectors, all 7th Sea (2nd Edition) materials and rare Aberrations are considered final sale once opened, due to the potential for duplication of unique game content. Sealed products may be returned within the standard 15-day window.

  2. Prepare Your Artifact for Shipment: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
