That’s why we’ve crafted a Returns & Exchanges policy as straightforward as a well-written character sheet. Your satisfaction is the final boss we’re dedicated to helping you defeat.

Our Policy In a Nutshell

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most new, unopened items within 15 days of you receiving your delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Note on Special Items: To preserve the integrity of our collection for fellow collectors, all 7th Sea (2nd Edition) materials and rare Aberrations are considered final sale once opened, due to the potential for duplication of unique game content. Sealed products may be returned within the standard window.

The Quest of Return: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Initiate the Quest (Contact Us)

Before sending anything back, you must first contact our support guild at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Our friendly wizards will respond with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions—a crucial scroll for your journey.

Step 2: Prepare Your Artifact for Shipment

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, along with any accessories, rulebooks, or maps. Include a copy of your original packing slip or receipt. Please write the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Step 3: Dispatch the Courier

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The cost of return shipping is initially the responsibility of the adventurer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your reward will be processed!

  • Refunds: Will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
  • Exchanges: We will promptly ship out the requested replacement item. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
